Depends on the severity of torture, since intense torture usually gives terrible information like Hans said.  If they are being nice/persuading you successfully, the choice is up to you.  When I was kidnapped, Rabid was actually quite nice to me so Stockholm Syndrome kicked in.

Well I guess my byonds glitched cause everytime I check it the expirey date on the ban is different, still I am rather insulted that it went from an agreed (still like you to explain some of your other actions) job ban to a more then week long full ban.

The way I see it:

Rev head, Cultist, Wizard, Slime, Blob, Xenomorph, Ninja: You should hold out forever, spit in your captor's faces and never give in.
Rev Recruit, Wizard's Apprentice, Nuke Ops, Infected Monkey: Only give in once it's clear your team mates are not coming for you, and even then, take a while to do it.
Traitor, Changeling, Security: Give in pretty soon. Play tough at first, but you will probably break.
Civilian: Give in pretty much as soon as they start beating you. Or just scream and scream.
Silicons: Never give in to being tortured yourself, but cave immediately if someone threatens to do something contrary to your laws. Like torture a human until the AI gives in as an Asimov.

All of this varies from person to person, of course, but it should work out as a rough guide.

I feel like Changelings shouldn't be as willing to give up as traitors. After all, they could just let the guy kill them, and come back to life afterwards in the morgue. /personal opinion

Well, we could put two and two together and write a book: "The Shit that Hans and Max Did: You Won't Believe This Shit."
He's fucking with us.

Changelings still feel pain and don't have any special training to resist interrogation. Fearing torture is not the same as fearing death. It's a subtle distinction, but it's there.

Five hour+ round, with about six crew the whole time. Started the engine as usual, then went into space and built my crib. After that, in no particular order, Alina and I had a picnic (food: donuts, location: hallway outside bridge), we looted the armory, we were visited by Armok, I floated in space and fought carp with my energy sword and nearly died about five times, burned down the southern half of research (also with Alina), got a badass firefighter Ripley with a repair droid, cable layer, and RCD, destroyed a possessed space piano ("The space piano laughs") with C4, and probably some other things I can't recall right now.

Hector found one SSD Armok in the dorms and Alina shot him with lasers and stabbed him with my energy sword. Shika was the robot master that round. He built medibots as usual as well as a Gygax, two firefighters, a Durand, and would've built an Odysseus if we could get the crate. We spent so long on that round and I was the only traitor, sent to kill Shika. We just stopped caring and roleplayed for a long time. If research hadn't burned down, a bluespace event ripped out the central hallway windows, probably close to a hundred carp didn't swarm the station, and other odd events, we could've kept that station alive even longer.

I also took screenshots of my cribs. I built three today.
Spoiler: Crib One, very simple (click to show/hide)

I like building little homes out in space, but I have one issue: Is there a way to make air alarms in custom areas WORK? Air scrubbers are flat out never detected by an alarm and vents are detected but will never turn on. This is annoying because every so often I need to bring an air pump to refill the atmosphere lost when going out the airlock. As a matter of fact, Samantha nearly died in #3 because she was the only one without internals when the pressure dropped too low. It's not something I need to work, it'd just be nice. Also, why did that disposal fire in random directions when something came out?

Alina Koch. Wearer of pure evil and killer of SSD afflicted gods. Oh, and I set off a nuke with Samantha in the round right after that. Two minutes in. It's fun being the only people on a station.

@kilakan: I did not ask for a ban at all, in fact, I assumed it was karmic retribution after me being shitty the round before in a similar way. From what admins said I infer you were lying in ahelp, which was what got you banned. And lying to someone with access to logs is a very bad idea.

Nope, sure as hell never lied about shit all.  I didn't say it wasn't me ((even though I never sent the signal to actually blow up the bomb nor was it my idea, which I did point out)).

Shika was the robot master that round. He built medibots as usual as well as a Gygax, two firefighters, a Durand, and would've built an Odysseus if we could get the crate.

This is the round I simultaneously discovered the glories of VTEC and also is why I'm ALWAYS going mining borg first thing in the round from now on if there's a roboticist/RD. Mining cyborgs are just invaluable and they mine so fast. Grab like 200 iron/plasma, make 100 plasteel out of one half, and give it to the roboticist for mechs. Grab like 20-40 uranium, diamonds, gold, and silver. They don't need that much, although you will need much more uranium and plasma if you want to consistently have a jetpack, because module resets remove the jetpack. It doesn't even take that much effort because each sheet of material is 2000 cm cubed (is it squared or cubed, haha?). So 20 diamonds is like 40000, which they'll almost certainly never use, unless they're handing out Bags of Holding to all the station employees.

Considering playing Shaft Miner more, but only if I get a Ripley APLU almost right off the bat. Pickaxes are so slow.

Oh, I see. pAI downloaded a signaler, I guess? Also, a major issue was that you absolutely ruined the living shit out of Permabrig with another traitor being interrogated at the time, effectively locking Security out of being able to Permabrig people. If you blew up, say, Cargo Warehouse or even Dorms it would be less of an issue.

While we're at the topic of Dorms, how did you like the endless stream of Carp yesterday? I was the AI that kept sending them, although I lost in the end due to being STUUUUUPID. And remarkably unperceptive.

I shall, one time, join you.

Because I enjoy building little homes. The only thing I dislike is being unable to order air/oxygen canisters so you don't need to wear internals. Sure, you can go and grab some, but there's only a limited supply, so only a small structure ca ever be made.
You can make cans out of metal, but you can only use the pray verb for scrubbers and pumps. (Altough there's 4 of each in the locker room, albeit unloaded)

Yeah, but how would you fill a tank with oxygen or air?

Canisters can be filled by connecting them to the connectors outside atmospherics.

Tanks can be filled by connecting them to the canisters.
