As far as I am concerned, I would rather see people play their roles (esp antag roles) effectively before good RP, simply because antagonistic acts lead to RP. So that would put me in the camp that abruptly flashing someone to make them a rev, in a secluded place without saying a word, is 100% acceptable.

People like to play antags really slow here, and I dont know if thats because people are used to low populations or something? We need more robustion happening.
