I don't have one, although Leonon documented some of the changes in his previous posts.  A new image would be nice though (hint hint).
Is there an easy way to produce a PNG from a DMM file?

Downloading BYOND now. To infinity and BYOND!
What'll my job be? I'm probably going to do it terribly the first time, so give me a basic position.

Assistant. It is pretty much the beginners job. Once you get acquainted with the UI a bit, I would suggest going janitor. They tend to miss most messes anyway so there is no need to be effective in any way.

Assistant is basically the nonjob, which is why you can technically have infinite assistants. But you also have nonresponsibilities unless someone lets you in to help (or to experiment on you, which is technically helping), so you can go exploring if you want around the place.

Okay. As for roleplaying, I'll just think up my character as the game goes along.

Okay. As for roleplaying, I'll just think up my character as the game goes along.

One thing that helps, or a method I like personally, is just to use the same character on every station if you need to beef up some backstory.

My character has quite a story to tell. Multiple scars from a deranged cultist, squashing a changeling with a Ripley, being spaced and saved by the gods, releasing the singularity, blowing up toxins, nearly being eviscerated by aliens, fighting off slimes, and tackling a syndicate and poking his eyes out with a screwdriver while the rest of the crew dogpiles on the poor fucker, the list goes on.

I love this game.

But on another note, there is a great need for a COMPLETE, IN-DEPTH guide that explains EVERYTHING you need to know to just play the game. Several things on the wikis aren't mentioned in beginner guides, such as how to take off objects from bodies, certain mechanics, etc. I'm tempted to make one myself, as the frustration of trying to steal something from someone was endless, as I didn't know how to remove things when I first played. I ended up re-arranging his face with my fists after a while of frenzied clicking.

Cough once for yes. Cough twice for no.

But if you cough thrice you're reporting your position? ???

I find some of the appeal of this game is that there isn't a complete guide to everything, I tend to enjoy having to learn things from myself or from other people I play with. Kind of makes it seem like you've progressed and became better from your own doing, instead of just looking up a guide. Makes it feel rewarding when you figure something out. Or maybe I'm just justifying people being lazy and not making a guide, probably that.

Gunning down Spiders with Rubber bullets, desperately chasing the deranged chef through dark maintenance corridors, eaten by aliens after promotion to HoS... detective can be pretty fun.

Pretty sure the only position he was reporting was "En route to a better place." :P

Not entirely sure, although I know most of the other codebases produce full images of the station...anyone else know how those are made?

Round ended early for me. Now I have to suffer through watching someone lie.
Just another day on the Station I guess.

*cough* Irontomato, update Saturday. *cough*
What? I didn't say anything...
