Jay Wright... Back when I used to play him as captain nonstop, his backstory was that he started off in supply, and worked his way to HoP. When the previous captain died, he got thrust into said role. He was a bit of a stickler for rules, and Space Law, and tended to send others out to fight, while he would take control of the situation, and plan it out. Special Ops Jay..... I do have a backstory for him, I just prefer to keep it as an enigma.

Also, the 'wanted for crimes against humanity' part wasn't random but is a part of Sue's backstory which sprang to my mind yesterday, both antag and not.

Although ostensibly tasked with curing infectious diseases, her actual purpose is much more sinister. As friendly and, occasionally, snarky Sue Mey mey may be she is, in fact, a CBRN warfare specialist.

She didn't particularly care about ethics nor been very discriminate about people to work for, and as a result, ended up being captured and tried for using her inventions on civilians. NanoTrasen/Syndicate (as antag), however, recognized her talents and used their power to get her free under a new - current - identity, in exchange for working for them.

The causality is, in fact, the other way round, that was doing that that gave me the idea. Also, I luuuuurv how thanks to the access test I can now go make my own Synaptizine when there are no Chemists around.
