Unstable mutagen causes random mutations, but mainly makes you pass out and probably kills you if nobody gives you antitoxin.
50u of unstable mutagen should be enough to make them pass out rather quickly.

Still annoyed Redfox wouldn't help another Aussie out and admin me when he deadminned you. I thought being from the same, beautiful country counted for something!  :'(

Oh, and we need a server where EVERYONE is an admin/GM. So people can get an idea of just what being an admin means.
