Well, I updated BYOND and it no longer works. At least I'm not the only one.

I remember getting lasered as I left from the pod- so naturally I set of my grenade

I did more damage in two seconds with that grenade than like 12 shots from a laser rifle did.

As I stated multiple times before in regards to publicizing the server, either we stay semi-private with a low playerbase or go public and potentially get a bigger playerbase. The second option is not a guaranteed increase in players, but it's really only the best chance we have considering are places to advertise in are limited. If you guys are fine with the current playerbase, then sure stay private, why not. Just don't expect our population to magically grow any bigger, this is pretty much as big as it's going to get if we stay on here.

I'm for making ourselves public, but only if we get a large admin team that we've ensured are good at their jobs. So really, we need new blood in the admin ranks so we can test them out, and if they're good we can keep them until the potential day we go public.

Yes, it's perfectly okay for a non-antag to repeatedly stuncuff (and muzzle, on occasion) other non-antags for no raisin. Hey gang, it's whacky::)

I thought about it and I would like to go public, I just don't enjoy low-pop rounds anymore.
But if we go public we should get like, 5 more admins maybe (or 2, dunno).

Maybe we can keep it how it is, but invite chosen players on other servers to come on other and try it out?

That was awesome. I spawn as CE, notice my tech just casually walking out of atmos. I set up the engine as usual, became acting captain, put on the weird glowing white suit and starting messing around. I was talking to Alina in cargo when her PDA explodes in her face. She just sits there, pretty much speechless. After that, plasma leaks in and the loading area catches on fire.

I suit up in fire gear and start putting it out when Alina yells "Help!" over the radio. I go to the cargo bay foyer and see my technician, Jonathon, ramming an e-sword into Hector and Alina. He sees me and grabs Alina, then drags her off. She dies right as she leaves my vision. I pull in Hector and patch him up.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I go to the armory, grab a gun, cuffs, baton, HoS's coat, armor patch, and a riot shield. As I run around looking for the corpse, I fail to notice the big, obvious blood trail going to arrivals. When I finally see it, I follow it to the deathsquad dock and ask Jonathon over the radio if he spaced her. No response. I turn around and start walking back when he comes out of maintenance by the tool storage. He draws his sword and charges me very slowly, since he has a red space suit on. I tase him, cuff him, and nearly beat him to death with my baton. After a very aggressive interrogation, he lies and says she's in the incinerator. I go there, nothing.

So I decided to go a different path. I struck a deal: He tells me what he did with her, I let him go and don't bother him again, and call the shuttle. He tells me he spaced her and I let him go, as expected. I suit up in a security hardsuit, go to the mining asteroid, and start my search there. Scrambling to find her body was heart-wrenching, to say the least. I find nothing at all. I return to the station and prepare to search deep space when I decide to do a sweep of the hull. I find Alina dead right outside the armory, drag her in, and clone her. I call the shuttle and he starts lighting more fires. Alina, Hector, and I take maintenance to the security pod and we escape. When we dock, we find none other than Jonathon. Cue me taking a baton to his face for grand sabotage and Alina strangling him as the round closes...

Obviously, the only time I decide to ride disposals since I started playing this game is the time I pop right in front of Axl, Alina and Jonathon in cargo, cause of a pipe busted by the aforementioned PDA explosion. It was glorious. Especially Alina not believing I did it willingly.

Next round: I spawn as CE, same objectives. "Time to finish the job!"

Alina VS Jonathon round two.

Spend entire round in the maintenance tunnels being untouchable. Hack my way through everything. Get to cargo to head to the ast-Nope. Plasma gas killed be after being in it about half a second while wearing a gas mask. Jonathon then proceeded to get stranded on the station when the shuttle left.

A station full of plasma.

That was burning.

I assume at least two people died on that station. Whether by fire or by deathsquads sent to clean the place up.

Oh, and early on he stunned me and unloaded a total of two energy guns set to kill into me. Every single shot missed and I just walked ran away.

With the new pager, just hit "play" for the join prompt and select bookmarks from the drop-down list at the bottom field.

I'm still on 498. Why would I go to 499?

Apparently BYOND is in financial trouble, and the new version includes advertisments.

Would it be possible to let round ends be extended to 60 seconds instead of 25?

Advertisers don't make money on me and the new pager sounds inconvenient. Is Dream Maker any better?
