Kinda irritated at that round. I'm traitor with objective to steal nuke disc, pirate comes on board, have fun, shuttle called, go to get nuke disc, realise pirate's gone off with it and it's despawned.

Not even the pirate. I had the disk.

I GOT DAT FUKKEN DIS-

anyway.

Yeah. I prevented you from doing your job then got shoved into an area with no atmosphere right next to the pods rather than make it out on a pod. I almost had it.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Protect the puppy with your life, HoP. Ian and Lisa will repopulate the station. One puppy each on the arrivals and engineering pods. Five Lisa's, the entire station cargo budget for the round, were all concubines for Ian. One Lisa made four puppies.

Sorry about locking you into a vacuum. I was going to space you. Had puppies on the brain and was too busy for an arrest. That and the whole pirate thing and Captain gearing you up. That syndi soap at the south airlock.. Yours? Easy to spot and glad I did.

Wait, how did you make them have puppies?  I tried it one round but it just wouldn't work

You see, Cheedows, when a Lisa corgi and an Ian corgi love each other very much...

They need to be alone with each other.... in the dark and quiet.

Mining the station. If I had a real weapon, this place could've been a nightmare for the two people hunting me (Alina + Lillian).

Figured you might all be interested in my Atmos Cheat Sheet:

Normal functionality is that air comes in from the Waste Loop and goes into the Filtration Loop. All of the gases go into the Storage Tanks. Meanwhile, O2 and N2 are pumped out of the Storage Tanks and mixed together to make Air. The Air is pumped into the Distribution Loop and out into the station.

Traitor functionality is the same, except you replace N2+O2 to Air to Distro with Bad Gases to Mix to Distro.

The best way is to connect the waste loop to a plasma and o2 filter (send to distro) and throw the excess gas into space, and then directly hook the plasma and oxygen to the station at MAXIMUM VOLUME. Takes more work. Gives larger infernos of doom(tm). Proatmos by my count.

So, as of today, I realize that we have a problem. The problem is, a critical lack of people on the server. The max that I have seen is 25, and I have heard that the largest ever seen is 30 or so. Therefore I have a suggestion. We put the server up publicly under a graylist(or whitelist)

A greylist is like a whitelist, but unlike a whitelist where you can not play until you are approved, a greylist lets you play, but under large restrictions(Example:For a Minecraft server you would not be able to build/destroy/or pick things up.) Our greylist might be that you can only play as a assistant, or that you can only ghost and watch rounds. This would allow us more people on the server and we could allow them to decide if they want to apply by trying out the server. Or we could do a traditional whitelist.

I'd much, much rather have quality over quantity. What good is having 30 people every round if the round itself is crap? Keep in mind, Assistants can do roughly as much damage as, say, a Lawyer or a Bartender. Also, it would require additional code and maintenance of it to do that.

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

That would be the point of whitelisting. If someone is consistently being a shitty person, they don't get to play. Granted, I have no idea how easy it would be to implement.

Hey Werty.
You realize there is a rule stating that you are not to kill, or if you are a traitor to show restraint?
You know what that means?
If you have a objective that is not a kill or an escape alone, and the crew is not trying to kill you, DONT KILL EVERYONE AND BOMB ESCAPE. If you say "well my dude did not know who was alive" you are talking BULLSHIT. As captain you are REQUIRED to know who is alive, and who is on the station. If you use the "I have to escape alone" excuse, thats bullshit because 1. you did not have that and 2.you can just tell people to use the pods.

Excuse me if I sound like a raving madman, but I am.

Hey Aseaheru,
You realize that in the OP it says to bring complaints about other players to an admin's attention via PM right?
You know what that means?
Don't litter the thread with stupid complaints about antags killing people.
A great way to achieve an escape objective is to kill a bunch of people, that generally makes shuttle calls a lot easier.  Nobody is going to shove you out an airlock if they're dead.
Also "show restraint even when antag" is a suggestion, not a rule.  Going all murderboner is a risky move as antag, and it's really up to the antag whether he wants to take that risk.  If he kills everyone, then doesn't call the shuttle, I'd complain about that, but otherwise, anything goes for antag.

Suit sensors can be off you know. And traitor captain is required to do and know nothing.

Yeah, and you can just announce "I am a traitor, come get me" over comms too if you're desperate to fight the whole crew.

Sorry, but this sort of thing gets under my skin. Its like poker players who bitch at you for winning because you didn't play your hand right.  You play your way, we'll all play our way, as long as everyone follows the rules, it's all good.

Why did you bring this up, Damiac? Stop littering the thread with complaints about complaints after they've been dealt with.
