Oh yeah, this reminds me, the CVRs need to have either their boundaries (preferably) or their sprites fixed - they jut out and are drawn over mobs, and the disconnect makes them awkward to steer.

There was friendly fire and I missed it?

Damnit!

* Iceblaster really needs to play sooner or later.

Tomorrow at 6PM EST!

EDIT: Funny anecdote. Testing civilian AI on the new AI system, civs only ran into enemies, not away. No weapons or armour, just ran into the fire. Truly glorious. Now they run away from their attackers, meaning we now have better AI than Xenonauts.

Double post for justice.

A chance to get your character into the game!

Or their image at least. I'm making civilian sprites for S-COM, and it would help to have a wide range. So, if you want your character's appearance in S-COM, go into byond, log in, dress them however you want (characters with armour/spacesuits or weapons in their hands will not be accepted), stand on a regular floor tile and go to the top left of your screen, click on file > save screenshot. Save four, one from each direction and send them to me. I'll take care of the rest.

I like how new arrivals practically have to walk in front of an active particle accelerator in order to enter the station proper.

The bottom file is all the stuff that BYOND automatically compiles into your project, as the post I linked at the top says.
