Also, note that spamming flashes continuously is as much skirting the protection law as harmbatoning perps as secborg - it can permanently fuck one's eyesight up, though you *ARE* stopping a dangerous person - but as you have means to stop a crewmember and NOT harming them.

The chef was sacrificed, actually, by the three of us together, albeit it was a bit of a problem because the Bartender was not only a pubbie, but a first-time cult pubbie.

EDIT: Speaking of cult, AWW YISS.

Eh, surgery can fix eyes on Baycode, and flashing was my only means of subduing you as I lacked handcuffs or any drugs like chlorol.  As for me being basically a stand-in HoS, there was NO security for the longest time and nobody was injured.  Someone had to stop you guys, and I was bored enough to find enough IC evidence to do this myself.  On another note, the AI core SMES is set too low now due to various revisions, Stefender was looking into it in detail and has probably messaged Glloyd but AI players just know that you WILL need someone to set it higher and eventually wire you into the main grid if the game goes long enough.

I'll fix that when I get home and push all my stuff from the last little bit.

Since nobody mentione it yet, the turret control also doesn't work, so people can't really go in to set the SMES without getting tasered to oblivion.

Urist's best gamemode is cult clearly.

Well, Cult is in an awkward position. On one hand, we're too heavy and somewhat reliant on Baycode (which has resistable culting) that Cult is assumed not to be ERMAGHERD HE HAS A BOOK KILL HE Khmer Rouge mode.

On the other, we're light - or perhaps too permissive - so the most characters don't really have any motivation outside gitting dat greentext, making recruiting anyone outside a handful players a pain and subtler meta seeping in. Such as, yes, believing the Chaplain that a bunch of people are a cult planning the destruction of the universe without even so much as observing them doing anything cultish, because Chaplain is by default the good guy, not even on a conscious level - I've caught myself on that.

It might get better with the PR I linked earlier today, though.

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

I joined late so don't hold me to this, but as far as I know, we didn't even talk to the chaplain about things until spooky spectres started showing up, and by that point I had seen the CE's bones in a pile, and been attacked by a juggernaut, so from my position, Father Mann was the *man* to go to.

Sadly, when the ERTs where called only one person bothered to join them, and they dident get to do that much besides blowing a door to the library when the borg got shifty.

As for the heist round, first off, I apologize for winding up disconnecting about half a hour in, my sibling pissed of a scrptkiddie with about half a brain cell and I only really just got internet back.

The sad thing is, I was one of the Vox. (The one who was found in escape at the start)

I tried to join ERT, but it said there wasn't one in progress.

On an unrelated note: I spent the round getting tons of praise for being the Best CE Evar. I have zero idea why. Seriously, I started the engine, then I fixed some doors and lights. That's basically it. And yet for some reason the Captain was prepared to give me a fucking medal for it... 0_0
Not that I'm complaining, but still weird.

Clearly, you went above and beyond the call of duty. After all, an engineer's job is to steal a RIG and hang out in the bar drinking while complaining one has nothing to do.

In all fairness, I still did the last part, I just didn't steal a RIG.

The average engineer is just a pile of dust next to the supermatter.
