Out of curiosity, who here has handled the supermatter, and have they been disintegrated or not?

Ah supermatter. Handling it is pretty easy. Standard mesons and hardsuit/radsuit blah blah, but you need to have magboots and make sure they are on. First off, NEVER click the supermatter with anything for any reason or you will die. Next, never bump into it, or you will die. Only ever pull the supermatter. If you are recovering it you need to set up temporary glass airlocks to make sure the supermatter doesn't get shot out of place when you open the door to reenter the station.

When I was trying to retrieve the Supermatter one round ZAS slammed it into me and it killed me so it probably was not commented/coded out. Also another time I saw it slam into another person and he died also.

while i have the experience of slamming into the supermatter, then being slammed by the supermatter, this around three times and i managed to survive

I've handled the super matter. I didn't disintegrate. It did explode, killing me, like a few seconds after I finished with it. (It went from 0% to 64% to explosion, as a reference to how quickly it blew up) But yeah. I didn't disintegrate.
