As far as I know, implants CAN detraitor and decult, but only ones admins give.

Yeah, otherwise loyalty implants would be used almost every single round on antagonists. I think it is better left with a role in revolution rounds.

I still wish implants could work on cultists. It puts security in the ultimate rock and a hard place guarded by admins. All logic says to implant the cult when it goes loud and you take prisoners, but implants don't work! But implants never fail, so you're expected to release the cultist and let them help, but they're not loyal, but you don't know that. You can metagame the cult and get the chaplain or execute them, or you can implant them and die.
