And there is still that fucking lack of lighting at the observation area...

That's intentional.

As for the gas sensor, I'll add it into the next map update. It's a biiiig update. Cargo changes, sec changes, a turbine, a crusher, and more! Expect me to post about it in a day or two. It won't be added to the server until Vactor gets back though.
The hallway right outside is almost black.

Hallway right outside what? And was the light broken?

I do not like traitor borgs, they are a royal pain in the ass.

That's why you bring flashes and the ion rifle.

Well when sec borg is the only type of borg that is traitored usually(From past experience) I do kind of agree with nightscar.

There is almost no way to get those sec borgs disabled long enough to break.

That was my favourite round as a traitor ever. Mag, thanks for playing along.

Step one: Go to the RD's office.
Step two: Blow the borg into tiny little pieces (and a brain)
Step three: Pick up the brain, monologue.
Step four: Swipe ID across MMI
Step five: Dump brain, walk away.

Aseaheru, I am under the impression that Glloyd was also traitor that round. And mediborgs are evil. Especially when you don't know it has turned and you are stuck on the shuttle with it, with only a syringe gun for proctection.

He was? For some reason I though he was just roleplaying or pretending to be one. I wonder why I thought that...

Heh. I remember a traitor grabbing the Ion rifle as a weapon, and after detonating a bomb in the escape corridor, shot me repeatedly with it. Being fully human I just laughed at them as they kept firing, and walked away. I eventually got on the escape shuttle before it left and told him to get a real gun next time.

As an alternate, if you're a ling in a round with silicons, get the sonic screech. I remember one glorious round where I, as ling HoS, was battling against the malf AI, its two secborgs, and the roboticist sympathizer. Things got really messy, I and pretty much everyone helping me was in trouble (I think for a bit we were all basically running around uncuffing each other in the science corridor), but then I bought the screech and pretty much instantly trashed the borgs before dragging the roboticist off into the RD's office for a tasty snack.

Seriously, that thing is pretty much useless for anything except borgs, but against them the apparent effect is better than anything short of blowing them with the console. The best part is that it's so rarely used (and relatively innocuous, for some reason) that people often won't even notice you using it.

We need to change aliens to giant spiders, mostly the same, except less OPed.

That was probably one of the best rounds I've ever held without a doubt. Thanks guys.

For posterity, the ending.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That was damn fun, and I hope you all had fun. That was also over three hours long. Gotta love SS13.

EDIT: I took a couple pics of the aftermath, I'll post them up tomorrow.
