By the way Sjm, if i dont post an action just assume im standing in front of the party focusing on identifying threats and/or protecting the others.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

Akane immediately slopes off to the enemies flank unnoticed (19v2/17/7). Of course, the kobolds attention is very much elsewhere anyway. Namely on the incoming ice bolts. (7+5v4)(2+5v10) The first bolt impacts into the first kobold, Sending him staggering back and freezing him, helpless, against the wall. This cause the other kobolds to falter as they reach your line, (18+1+1v1) the first taking Kris' dagger to the throat [Critical trait gained] , (3+3+2v2) and the second ducking under the axe blow from Sir Lunnar, only to be stunned by a shield being bashed into his face. He has no time to recover as (5+3+3v18-3) he narrowly avoids his skull being crushed by Kim's staff, (9+3+3+1v14) only to be knocked to the ground by the flat of Rothe's blade coming up from behind. (4+8+4+1v12-6) As you close in on the kobold, Sasha, charged again, slams into his back, snapping his spine and electrocuting him simultaneously. She does however look decidedly the worse for wear from it this time.
Looking at the kobolds, they are unarmoured, and their swords are shoody makeshift affairs, made of small animal bones. You find 15g in their pockets though, along with 2 rations by their campfire. To search the frozen kobolds' pockets you'd have to wait for him to defrost, which would take far too long, particularly with him yelling his head off like he is now.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Punch the frozen kobold in the face to shut it up, grab the 2 rations and the other kobold sword.
take a branch from the fire and hold it near the frozen kobolds pockets and sword hand, loot everything once the ice covering hid pockets has melted and take a defensive position ready to ambush any reinforcements.

If the rest of the party moves forward take point.

Equip buckler if kim agrees to hand it over

Hey Kim, would you mind if i had that buckler? Staves are more effective when wielded two handed and i feel mighty vulnerable without a shield.

((Bone swords + necromancer = victory))

The frozen kobolds yelling is swiftly silenced by a blow from Sir Lunnars axe. Holding a torch up to the ice from the fire, you manage to melt away the ice over its sword arm and pockets, and find a strange copper disc, engraved with a set of scales, in it's pocket.
Gathering up the swords and distributing the finds, you 'inquire' with Muldour as to whether there are any more patrols.
'No patrols, no. But many more kobolds up ahead. Normal kobolds though. Would I lie to you?'
Moldour emits a sharp squeal as he sees one of his ex-friends stand up, a little unsteady on it's feet (14+5+4/10+5+4/5+5+4). 'A little fragile but it'll do,' Charles comments.
Joe suddenly straightens up from being hunched up over Sasha (15+8+4). 'Much better. Much, much better' he mutters. Sasha seems to be fully healed, although she does appear to glow slightly.
Prepared, you position yourselves to enter what Muldour tells you is the living quarters.
