Sitting down on the ground you stared longingly at your pile of lumber. It needed to be something. That was certain. However it needed to be something somewhere else and that’s where you ran into a problem. How could you get a pile of lumber from one location to another without multiple trips? That is when you had a stroke of genius. Using your axe you fashioned the logs into the assorted parts: Wheels, handles, bins. After this you fashioned an expertly made cart with which to carry your items. After all they deserved the best. The foundation of your city couldn’t be carried in shoddy workmanship after all.

Picking a direction to head at randomly you began your long trek and kept an eye out for spectacular or useful things to add to your cart. While you found a rock, a log and some vines there wasn’t anything too spectacular to add to the cart. Soon however your fatigue began to wear on you, no thanks to Ganos Jack refusing to help push the cart [in fact he made it worse by piling some of his stuff into the cart], and you felt your lack of sleep begin to tap you on the shoulder.

“We’ll stop here for the night. Set up camp while I sleep. Wake me in the morning.” You said to him as you crawled on top of your cart to use it as a make-shift bed. While lumpy the knowledge that the cart was so finely crafted and that the items within would soon be a village made the lumpiness a small price to pay. You slept peacefully throughout the night.

Unskilled at Carpentry as you were you decided it might be better that you didn’t touch the cart or handle it in any way just in case you screwed something up and broke it. You were certain that breaking the cart would be certain death after you saw the happy gleam in Kalam’s eye.

While the two of you traveled you used your magic exactly twice. One after the traveling began and once just before it ended. To your joy you found 2 large rocks and 2 logs on the first attempt. Although the god Ranu’gen seemed to take displeasure at this and sent you misfortune on the second attempt which netted you nothing but empty promises.

“We’ll stop here for the night. Set up camp while I sleep. Wake me in the morning.” Kalam said to you as he climbed atop his cart. While you pondered how painful it was to sleep on wood and rocks you figured the vines may help cushion the sleep so you said nothing. Now, left alone as the sun was setting, the only question was what to do for the night.

Well… Yeah here’s an update. That’s only two today isn’t it? Sorry but these are rather large. But it’s a labor of love.

Start a fire then walk around the area looking for signs of intelligent life and a good place for a village thats near the water, do a 1 mile circle then return to camp to sleep.

Marks walks around town looking for any hunting jobs (nothing stronger than a lone wolf). Watches for any looks that may indicate someone knows me. Regroup with the clerics at the end of the day. After sun set, change the bandage on my arm (refuse help if Claire asks, say for her to save her energy)
