Wait for Gewig to finish, going to see what's happening if he takes too long or there's some unusual noises.

Marks walks around town looking for any hunting jobs (nothing stronger than a lone wolf) If one is found that can be done before sunset, do it and try to get the hide of the animal while selling meat at 1 gold a ration. Watches for any looks that may indicate someone knows me. Regroup with the clerics at the end of the day. After sun set, change the bandage on my arm (refuse help if Claire asks, say for her to save her energy)

Wander around town looking for anything anyone needs that might actually net a profit (or a friend that later might lead to profit or honestly if someone is in such a bad position that not helping might lead to very bad things)

The book can crush skulls, and the coffin grows ever stronger and now that is has a few dead dragons in it, it sends people flying a mile backwards to explode in a pile of gore. Gore which I then place into the coffin,

well there are a few. The easiest way isn't available to you. If you get hurt a lot you're max health will go up. Unfortunately unless you take a fractional damage you'll probably die.

There are potions that you can buy [Specifically "Potions of Body"] but Icedrip is a bit too small for an alchemist.

Hearts of Power are useful for this as well as raising hunger, mana, and possibly gaining knowledge. Unfortunately the easiest source [Other PC's] aren't likely to enjoy you killing them. Others "Special Characters" should be easy enough to find. Yorg isn't one by the way. Simply being named isn't enough. They have to have signifigance or be powerful.

So... really you'll just have to choose one and go for it.

((well, eating hearts infused with magic seems to work so if i can get an animal heart and claire infuses it with healing magic, you could gain a lot of health))

There appears to be a bit of confusion on this regard but:

Hearts of Power come from Player Characters or special NPC's. You cannot imbue them with mana. You cannot create them. Only the gods [Myself] may create them and gift them to special individuals at birth [yes... Infants have them. I don't know if we want to go that route though.]. The only way to make a Heart of Power more powerful would be to merge two Hearts of Power together.
