Oh, for enchants.  Yeah you didn't specify.  I figured you were talking about casting spells...

For enchanting armor, the 'biggest' piece of equipment, or the set, counts.  That's legs -> arms -> chest in terms of what counts.  So if you have enchanted legs but your chestpiece is normal, it doesn't count.

I think the way most DMs handle it, would be the 'whole set' rule.  When you get enchanted armor, it counts for that set of armor.  If you enchant a breastplate, and then add leggings, it breaks the set and the enchantment stops.  If you're wearing plate arms, plate chest, and chain legs, then you upgrade to plate legs, you've broken the set of armor.  You could also allow partial enchants, for 1/2 or 1/3 cost to enchant a specific piece with an incomplete magic, and then later they could pay for the remaining enchants on the other pieces to activate the enchant, but that's a little iffy.

It was fun. I like how Neo prepared the combat map and let us interact with it before the start of the combat, it opens up a whole new possibility.

Rogues and acrobatics could climb up buildings and ledges to make it to the rooftop before combat, and whatnot, it's awesome.
