I originally intended that to be a tracker of important NPCs. The problem is I keep them mostly in my head and I may be slightly bad at judging who's important and who's not.

I think Racnor's just having a busy period. I might start writing up turns, though, and if he doesn't appear again when my post is done (Which, as you guys know, takes longer to make then a medieval castle), I might skip him for this turn.

Well I do have some semblance of what he might do this turn so here's what he said in our talks with each other.

From Racnor: "I'll use one half-act to write the self-help book to end all self-help books, and then publish it for funds," and, "If this is a no-go, I will have to expend my entire act to electrocute the hoods into submission." So I guess if he doesn't post something you could run the turn as if he just did the first half act which is the self help book. I only spoiler this because I don't have his exact permission and he might want to change some things if he posts.
