Name: Jim
Gender: Male
Backstory:  Jim was going to school to become a biologist/geneticist.  Unfortunately a genetic illness that had been the cause of death for most of his family overtook him half way through the year and slowly started to kill him off.  On his death bed all alone something happened to Jim.  His body gained a last surge of strength and began fighting off the disease.  Jim got better but something had happened while he was sick.  His body had changed somehow from it, rewriting his very DNA and giving him an affinity for powers over mutation and evolution.
Appearance:  Can change because of his mutation powers but generally 6ft tall white man with dark brown eyes and hair medium/short length.  Wearing normal jeans, shirt and jacket to start off.  Very blank expression and doesn't show a lot of outward emotion.
Symbol:  Infinity symbol?
Style:  Sort of dark and festering as a reminder of his illness
Human Skill:  Medical skills - good with animals

Eh, I'll probably try to establish a power base when I get it, though I guess that's not anymore different than your guys plans.

Try to make the city a better place to be. I might try to make it a city state and get a king for it sword in the stone style.

My plans are to have a good time and build up a nice little powerbase/empire to oversee things from. A girl's gotta have a throne.
