Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on to respond, but I am very glad you all managed to post. Unfortunately, the streak of losing players has continued. Some of you probably know that Caesar in his last game admitted that due to issues in his life he was unable to continue Godhood. That also most likely means he isn't going to be able to keep posting in Age of Fire. I always feel bad when we lose a player, but I wish him well. It might take a little finagling to figure out, but I'm sure we can have a fate for Red that's appropriate.
Anyway, as you know, the midgame is approaching fast. The name midgame is a misnomer. Think "calm before the storm". When we get to the endgame, things are going to move very quickly. Thus, a few motivations might be revealed in the next few turns. You'll also get a few gifts: you'll need them.
I am very pleased with how this game turned out and how you guys shaped it. Without you, the Age of Fire would be one of my many games I've left behind.
By the way, thanks, Iituem! Glad to have helped to make one of those games that turns out to be supremely readable: I frequently reread the thread. On another note... If I were to create a TV Tropes page for Age of Fire, would anyone contribute? The age of TV Tropes pages for games came and went with the Era of Great Wyrm Gold, but I'm sure with a little help from wiki magic a good TV Tropes page could pop up from this.
About Greenie: I consider him one of my best NPCs, simply because you guys get so freaked out by him despite the fact he hasn't done all that much. Super professional GM tip: there's one word separating a terrifying NPC from a Mary Sue, and that word is "implied".
