Well, this is my idea. I'll post a whole lot of possible instructions, in which I think is the best order, feel free to put anything new or relocate whatever you feel necessary.

-Make the damn walls and put the door
-Enlarge hatchery (I did the math, we only need one that can support 270 eggs at once, as we lay 35 eggs each week, and they eclosionate in 8 weeks)
-Dig deeper to find stone
-Make stone shops and stone tools (if we find stone)
-Finish farm. Plant a textile product (name it String Tendrils or something you like, I'm not good at names). If the author decides for some reason that that kind of crop is unavailable, plant a tuber called fatty bulbs. (again, change names if you feel like).

I vote for a warrior clutch this week, but I have no problem with RAM's idea, except for the drone. WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE NEED ANOTHER NOBLE?? (calms down). There are 35 coming already, and they are pretty much useless, and there is also the problem of a drone revolution (if those parasites have the will to stop hanging around and do something)

PD: if someone dislikes my way to put things out, just tell me, I don't want to make things boring for everybody. I'm new to forum games and that stuff...

Yeah, more workers. Plant Stringy Tendrils (Tendril Strings?)
Try to get to stone, and make some stone tools.

I'm still voting for my grass-weaving idea. Its worth a try, and some storage containers can't hurt. Maybe we can use wattle-and-daub to make the walls to mount the door.

Have the workers dig a stoneworking area and have some others dig deeper to find stone.

Well, I think that we agree in something: we should uncover stone and make stone workshops. Keep in mind that we NEED to expand our hatchery, we don't have enogh space for another clutch of eggs.

I thought that the grass wold be a kind of wheat o something like that, so I was planning on making flour out of it, but we can figure it later.
If by "wattle-and-daub" you mean a kind of secretion our insects make, we could use it as some sort of glue, but I doubt that it would be suitable for a wall.

Its more a kind of reinforced mud wall. The grass strands can be woven together into a lattice. This lattice is then covered in a mixture of mud and straw (also sand, if we have it.). Once it dries it's a convenient, reasonably solid wall. We'll have to roof it over at some point, but it's definitely a way to make a wall with less wood, so it'll save time and effort (And available timber.)This has been used to construct buildings for, oh, at least 5000-6000 years. Far as I know it's still used today by tribal people and aborigines.

Wheat is a domesticated form of grass, so we can definitely make flour out of it at some point. Of course, depending on what we bugs can eat, we may not need to, as flour and bread are just ways of making it more human-friendly for consumption.

Well, that was pretty informative! If that is possible, I vote for it.

Should we make things clearer so that another update is written?

Probably for the best.

So in agreement?
Construct a large, square building out of wattle-and-daub over the entrance to the tunnels, etc. The roof would be made from straw (a thatched roof). While the workers do that, a few groups of soldiers can gather rocks.
Lay a clutch of workers.
Next week, expand the farms so we don't all starve to death.

I agree with everything, exept the rocks part, we should dig deeper for that
