Oh.

I thought that the instigator lost 1 on the instigating turn and the other lost 3 the next turn.

Procreation - You may attempt to initiate procreation for another player for free. If they accept, at the beginning of the following turn you lose 3ap and gain possession of a "child" token
The initiator lose 3ap on the turn after procreation.

I think that purchasing children costs 3 on the turn they are purchased and three on the turn that they are received.

The action costs nothing. On the turn you receive the child, you lose 3 points. Anywho, update time!

The action costs nothing.
Then what did I spend my action point on last turn?

I'd be happy to research tools if provided with the resources.
I'll take you up on that. Can you research Primitive Factory Tools? Wampoon and Delite (2 each, which is a 32 TU value) will be supplied in time for research completion (which is when you need them), food will not, I will however give you a trinket. I will need training and the tools that come out of the research. You may take as much time as you want (but, obviously, that way you won't get the stuff).

relevant quotes:
I will let you WORK on the research without the materials, but even if you've paid the full time cost, you can't finish it until you pay the price.[/i]
I would like to point out that primitive tool research can NOT be completed until you have at least one item of delite and wampon (which will also create a prototype, so you'll at least get one tool out of it).

I thought someone was already researching Work Tools. Aren't they?

Changing turn.  A confirmation post would have been helpful.

No it seems the bad is all mine- after all the discussion no one ended up researching work tools.
