Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

So does that mean that if a player is made depressed due to the event that they lose 2 action points or not?

Depressed players lose no action points, so they do not.

can you socialize more than 1 time per turn? If so, do other people also need to socialize 2 times?

Let's go with Yes and Sort of. You can socialize twice per turn, and you need at least two other socialize events to hook into.

*Gain "time" tokens available to your current health. If depressed, reduce this amount by half, rounded down.
I'm guessing it's the reduction that's rounded down, not the tokens? (so, f.e.: UP has 5 TTs)

1)  You should socialize twice to spread your awesomeness (I'm socializing twice too so it won't be an issue)
2)  That should be (1 to 15/15*) for Irrigate.  Not a tattle action because of your pretty face.

you don't have 9 actions. Nor even 7 actions, since you're supposed to have Mine Wampoon(2/8) as an "in progress". Also, you can socialize 2 times- this has no down sides.

Unless you are giving me two food, this is problematic as I cannot grow food next turn if I am teaching two people IFT and the whole point of me trading for food is to avoid starvation.

Not if you start growing this turn. 2 this turn, 4 next turn, 6 to teach.
