i'm prepared to learn if you're prepared to teach?
i could teach primitive work tools once i'm done researching it in return.
I do want grafting. I've already paid you in food.
Both in.

Excellent, excellent. If anyone else wants to join, make an offer--there's one spot left, and I'm not likely to teach Grafting for a while...

Ugh, I'd love to, but I have to research today, and I probably missed the other half of the technology. I can probably catch it again when it goes viral, or when children are being taught.

Ill take that slot in exchange for my irrigated plot after you teach me the other half of AFT, i only need 2 food per grow action and this will get you an irrigated plot faster than teaching me irrigation would.

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

This is only the inference of a bump, a real bump would be shinier...

I don't usually do the bump, but when I do its for a game I like.

Hows the state of the game, you still got the drive to update the turn Glyph? :)

I'm really wondering if there's anyway the players can help Gryph with this thing. The good man's busy enough as it is :P

I don't usually continue the bump, but when I do its for a game I like.
This too.

This game is luckily made in such way that does require minimal work of GM to work. Only new cards, techs and tattles require his assistance. Tattles could be automated, techs and cards finished some day, leave no requirement for GlyphGryph attention. I would love to see it as board or web game, but sad thing is there would  have no tattles or few only.

Well, yeah, it could be fully automated into a browser game rather simply (though not simply enough for me to be able to make it happen :( )

Sorry for the lack of updates, guys. Worse news is that it probably won't change anytime until next week, since I've got a 3 day ember.js course and a whole crapload of responsibilities on top of it.

The good news is that I've decided my first major demonstration of skill project after the ember course will be to automate a bunchload of this and implement it as a multiplayer web app.

So there is that. (truth be told, this was in many ways a proof of concept, and I think it's done pretty well at that)

Unfortunately, there's quite a bit more that goes into an update than it looks like. Mostly in terms of tracking players for random player-specific events, keeping track of who came out of and went into stasis, whether or not any new research or actions or events were unlocked, double checking to see if any players are blatantly ignoring or generally misunderstanding the rules, actually doing the various roles and pulls and updating the OP to represent new events, doing the variety of hidden roles that govern things like disease transmission and spread.

The good news is, every last bit of that could be automated, and I have the skills to automate it. So getting this as a web app is a very, very real possibility.
