CyberUrist, unless I'm mistaken your turn is invalid. Have you 17 health or something? Because you're working 38 hour a day (accurate calculation) and still find time to relax as it is.

They must have the multiple pending operations thingie. No point in using it all at once though, it just lets you save your progress if you decide that there is something more urgent than your current pending task...

Or take advantage of any globaleffects that might make such a technique more beneficial. Yeah, I really don't understand what he's doing there either - he doesn't seem to have enough points left over to put anything into ANYTHING there. Relaxing and Growing food alone use up all 10 points...
