Spoiler: The Mad One (click to show/hide)

Told Aziz to pick-up the only axe and start chopping trees. He didn't understand at first. No one has any skill-sets what-so-ever!

If/when possible, I would like a female migrant (any skills) called moxie with the custom profession "resident hobo". If you could have her live some distance awa from the fort, that would be great.

I know those necromancer towers are out there! Two penis-shaped towers on the horizon. They'll be after us soon enough, but first the basics. I instruct The Mad One to get plants, any damn plants he thinks he can brew into booze or eat. Vendix snatches up the pick, cuts himself on the pointy end, figures out how it works and starts removing dirt and stone from the earth. Aziz eventually chops down enough trees without hurting himself we craft some barrels to store the few shriveling plants we find. Things start to come together nicely. The stone is soon crafted into tables, chairs, doors, and pots.

As if by magic all the snow just disappeared from the face of the earth!

We brew a few batches of prickle berry wine to sustain the lads for now... but I'm not sure if we'll have enough food once everyone gets hungry. We set-up a farm plot with the seeds from the wine and I hope that'll be enough food soon!

BTW, from the first post, the only points spent were on copper pick, axe, and anvil. No skill points or anything else.

It'd be amazing if you managed to die from starvation in the first year :D

I saw Aziz get a wild look in his eyes. He picks-up a log and crafts it into a bucket! He yanks & pulls on the yak, but unfortunatlly no milk hits the bucket. While I could see both Aziz and the yak were getting red in the face with anger I realized something...

... both yaks are males. I informed Aziz of this and he did agree it was odd the yak had one utter. (ooc:did I go too far?)
