Right! So....Janet got semi-married, Kaijyuu is settled in with his fiance, I have quite the evening planned with my inamorata....anybody else out there actually going to enjoy V-Day for a change?
I spent my evening debating, arguing for the motion that love is a force for bad

Thanks for the mentions, all~ The fiance and I are having tons of fun. She made me Wookie Cookies (the recipe came out of a star wars book). They're delicious.

Saw multiple roses, chocolate boxes, and suits on campus today.

I didn't even know there were people in committed relationships on my campus. Unless they're just getting this stuff for their casual sex friends.

My roommate, on the other hand, bought a box of donuts.

I didn't feel any emotion today. I want the melancholy that out to come from being single! Quick, somebody make me a depressed, clingy wreck. Summon up an adorable woman with attachment issues or something.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

Well, Valentine's day was a complete success here! The fiance loved her presents, and we spent loads of time together :D

In Finland Valentine's day is more about remembering your friends than your romantic partner. "Ystävänpäivä" the Finnish word for Valentine's day literally translates to "friend's day".

That being said, my celebration of the occasion was limited to saying "Happy Valentine's day Friend's day!" to a few people.

Good... mostly.

But what the hell is this blasphemy?

Seriously, it tastes digusting. It has all of the evident unhealthiness of a peep without the flavor, which comes entirely from sugar.

WHO. WOULD. DO THIS?
