Good... mostly.

But what the hell is this blasphemy?

Seriously, it tastes digusting. It has all of the evident unhealthiness of a peep without the flavor, which comes entirely from sugar.

WHO. WOULD. DO THIS?

...Does that say 'not a low-calorie food' next to that asterisk? Holy fuck.

Yep. Apparently when they took out the sugar, they replaced it with carbohydrates and something called "Sugar Alcohol". It's mainly syrup an gelatin. There's also a warning on the back: "EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF POLYOLS MAY CAUSE STOMACH DISCOMFORT AND/OR A MILD LAXATIVE EFFECT."

it's that day when religious conservatives shove themselves in my face to protest 'random sex day'.  ::)

I don't really like the concept anyway. When you expect someone to love you on that day, everything you do is a waste of money designed to meet expectations. It's more harmful for the relationship.

Just like in many previous years, I spent much of my Valentine's Day completely oblivious to the fact that it was Valentine's Day. Not that it ever tends to mean much to me in the first place.

Nice to see at least a few people had a pleasant time, though.

Me and the girlfriend had a competition to see who could be the most romantic. I won by writing her an old-fashioned love letter and a sonnet.

Planning to spend tomorrow afternoon/evening taking in a movie, spending some quality time together, and then dressing up and going to an upscale Indian restaurant for dinner. Wasn't even sure if she liked Indian or not, turns out it's one of her favorites.  :D

Then post-dinner snuggles.

EDIT: BEST. DATE. EVER. That is all.  :D
