Edit Again: Maybe not. I'm able to record windows sounds now, but I have a hellacious echo (and no, it's not part of the amp.) Once I figure out a) a decent rhythm to lay down for the piece and b) how to stop sounding like shit, I'll post something. Until then, if someone else has something, it'd probably be best for them to go. Screw turns, just post.
Echo is usually caused by a second stage of recording somewhere along the chain. On the plus side, you haven't caused a problematic screeching feedback loop, so you're on the plus side of things in my opinion.

You arent going to have good time trying to record like that, get Reaper free trail, record directly, find some nice amp sims and cab sims, and you will be set. Or i can mix and add the amp etc for you if you want.

Since Max hasn't gotten back with a recording yet, I'm going to put him down a spot and make it professorlamp's turn.

Fine by me, I'm currently away from home but I'll jam out some ideas and then record them when I get back on thursday

Is the file hosted somewhere or will it get e-mailed/pm'ed?

professorlamp: Glloyd posted a link to the track somewhere in the last couple of pages.
anzki4: Alright, you're in.

We haven't got a drummer.  This disappoints me.
Also, if we ever get to Session #2, I'm going to have to limit the number of positions available.  This one is already hueg!  Which isn't a bad thing, it's just going to take a good while to finish.

Pre-posting in super advance to ask to be included in #2 (just not as the first guy again).

EDIT: For convenience, here is the link again: Have Fun!

Okay, I'm back home and can start now :D

edit: I've started it, the piano part is quite busy so it's hard to find many places to fit in, it'll be interesting to see how this turns out  :P

I can do drum machine if you wish, and i would want to be pre-signed to the 2nd session too:p

Alright Max, you're back up, unless you still can't, in which case it's Willfor.

MaximumZero has asked me to take him off the current project, so the turn has passed to Willfor.

MP3 version of the combined goodness of Glloyd's track and mine.

I'll get some other versions up here on request.

Excellent!  OP's been updated accordingly, and it looks like professorlamp is up again.  If your work is still giving you trouble we'll move on to Barbarossa TSG.
