Waddya think Kobold, Javier, did the hydra start with all three of us or did we sprout one at a time?
We've got Walton, who's easily manipulated and can be friendly towards other sapients.
We've got Sparks, who's cool(?) & diplomatic with the hydra itself but sadistic towards humans in particular (or will be?) & likes his electricity.

I'm thinking Fleg-Kazak, aggressive, prideful, stubborn, but with a pragmatic streak.
In the jungle start, he's territorial and doesn't particularly want to leave.
In the prairie start, he wants a fancier damn cave.

Let's go with the prairie start, It'll give us more opportunities to sack villages. Also +1 Everything there.

Oh, heh, Fleg-Kazak & that post were for my head. I think 'the hydra' 's motivation is a conglomeration of our players' motives.

Although, that gives me an idea.
Yourmaster, Kobold, suggestion: form a little twin-alliance with a split name-- using my name as an example, one named Fleg and one named Kazak. You could have an interesting little dynamic in there if you coordinate.

Appearance: A large, imposing frame, several times the size of a humanoid, with glimmering scales of many a color.
History: Though relatively young, the Hydra spent most of it's early life hunting beasts, and searching for a proper lair to call it's own, having found one in the face of a mountainside, our story begins.
Lair: Maw of the Many
Lair location: A naturally formed cave, overlooking a valley, embedded into a mountainside.
Lair history:The lair has served as a home to many a small beast, being naturally formed, and has but only recently been laid claim by our Hydra, though now some of it being artificial, from our presence there.
