Gender: Whichever tends to be larger
Appearance: A wingless beast clothed in shades of brown & green, covered in animated, bristling, needle-like 'feathers' which help it blend into its densely-forested native environment. (Which also happen to be fire-resistant! Or rather, they don't burst into flame like most feathers.)
It supports the huge weight of its many appendages with a massive, quadrupedal, predatory frame.
(This is about right.

History: the hydra was born into an old world and survived its adolescence in a relatively quiet jungle, isolated from mortal civilizations due a freak encirclement of cursed land.
No way in, no way out, its primary competition comes from its siblings. But food grows scarce, space becomes crowded- the hydra will have to find a way out soon..
Lair: The hydra has been defending an old, large, overgrown temple for 20 years now. Constructed with marble & gold, it's expensive stuff..
Lair location: Forest, forest, forest. The towering conifers start to form an open canopy 100 feet up, about a third of their total height. Ferns blanket the open spaces, and moss covers every inch of solid matter in sight. It's perpetually damp & cool, but it doesn't rain much- instead the moisture comes from regular dense mists at dawn & dusk.

Exceptional ability run, jump & climb
Also has a decent ability to swim, if it ever got the opportunity to try..(webbed digits, fine manipulation of 'feathers' to streamline body & form makeshift fins).
Weak gills allow it to stay underwater indefinitely-but-tenuously. It becomes over-exerted very quickly if it hasn't surfaced recently.

Personality Fluff:Quite Obsessed with Lightning and is something of a sadist towards humanoids but is very diplomatic towards the other hydra heads and other Monsters.

You need post a sheet for your head of the hydra as well.  If it is before the game starts, then each person posts a head and an overall, with the overall being voted upon.

We've got Walton, who's easily manipulated and can be friendly towards other sapients.
We've got Sparks, who's cool(?) & diplomatic with the hydra itself but sadistic towards humans in particular (or will be?) & likes his electricity.

I'm thinking Fleg-Kazak, aggressive, prideful, stubborn, but with a pragmatic streak.
In the jungle start, he's territorial and doesn't particularly want to leave.
In the prairie start, he wants a fancier damn cave.
