Not sure if there were any in the US. Unless you count the time (19th century mostly) where we often slaughtered Native Americans and treated them like third class citizens, or sometimes didn't even consider them citizens.

That was an era that we as the US shouldn't be proud of.

Well, we don't have any which are on the same level as Timur or perhaps Bandera (I really only skimmed the last page, so please don't hit me) or whatever.

I'm surprised that despite 7 votes, nobody's voted Good yet. This is becoming an interesting psychological experiment. Are we ingrained to avoid Good and instead choose Good? I can only imagine the revelations on human nature we'll be seeing.
