Well, communists and Fascist started the WW2 by attacking Europe together. Luckily two evils clashed together two years later being not able to share their conquests.

It should be noted that the organizer of that meeting, the Rodina party, is not an opposition party, but one of the many Potemkin parties created by the Kremlin to prevent a genuine opposition from forming. It's current leader is no Rogozin (Who was leader before the party's dissolution a few years ago, that's a factual mistake in your link UR), but a former United Russia member, Alexei Zhuravlyov.

Back when the party was reformed in 2012, he was quoted as saying the party would be "staunchly loyal" to Putin. Apparently that party even used to style themselves Putin's Political Spetsnatz, which would make for a nice band name.
