I thought the thing with Topless Barry was real at first.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

25 things that will definitely happen in the UK general election campaign. If you want to understand what a British general election is like, you needn't look anywhere else.

Heh. I don't know whether to laugh at the accuracy of the article or cry.

Meanwhile, in Greece, 10 year bond interest have almost doubled since september, and the Athens stock market lost 30% of it's value.

It's good. If he can manage the Steam marketplace I'm sure he can manage a single country.

I'm looking forward to the hat I will get after Greece has repaid the Netherlands' share of the loans back.

If they continue like that, I'll gladly join any protest to remove them from the EU, yeah.

I'm trying to thing of a catchy slogan a la "REMOVE KEBAB" but I'm stuck on hilariously weird derogative terms for Greeks. Can anyone help?

Well if Greece goes there's a not insignificant we're going to be bringing onboard Turkey as a consequence, so maybe Remove Kebab isn't the most appropriate inspiration.

REMOVE FETA?

Though in all honesty this kinda shows one of the major problems of EU and that is centralization of power. Of course, is see no reason not to believe this whole problem will just boil down to "confusion linked to the hand-over of power in Athens" and that EU statement was written with the consent of all of the appropriate representatives from different EU states. But there's still the fact that certain EU states are true leaders while others just blindly follow them...

Eh, but TBH I'm rambling a bit. Carry on, citizens.

REMOVE GYROS

Remove Ouzo from the premises, then add kebab to taste.

Honestly though, I don't think Turkey has a chance even with Greece out. The don't even feel too strongly about joining anymore, IIRC, and their stance on ISIS will probably be a snag on their potential application.
