You can ask the Ukrainian government to secure the crash site. Hell they even have troops nearby. And they're your allies.

As soon as Russia will stop to supply weaponry, shell our forces and shot down Ukrainian jets.

Fact is that there are ongoing war between Russian and Ukraine. I don't know when our government will declare a war on aggressor and\or Russia will move regular army in. I don't know will Ukraine have any allies or not, but I know that this war will either in destruction of Ukraine or destruction of Russia. No other way. The rabid dog Putin will not stop.
