Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.
I'm just going to go ahead and sig this because it made me laugh :v

Elections are going good.. if you don't count that place that have no elections at all...

Instead of elections they have those guys:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Part of Ukrainian territory is occupied by Chechnya Kadyrov's personal forces... Brilliant.

Chechen troops, who are known to have killed Russian troops in the wars in the 90s, are now occupying ethnic Russian territory.

So far, the results are...
Well. I'll let  this image speak for itself:

New Flemish Alliance easily gets over 30% of the votes. On the somewhat brighter side, the amount of votes for Vlaams Belang has basically halved.
These results dont include the results in Wallonia, which are still very important, since the PS (Partie Socialiste) is, AFAIK, the most important party in Wallonia.

(Parties, from left to right, are New-Flemish Alliance, Flemish Christendemocrats, Open Flemish Liberals and Democrats, Socialistic Party Different, Green, Vlaams Belang, i can't be bothered for these.)

E:
For me, its rather hard to find Wallonian results, maybe Sheb will have a bit more luck?

I believe that Putin does exactly the same mistake with Kadyrov (and other groups  used in Ukraine) as USA did with Bin Laden. Sometime later they'll become independent players and will become a huge problem forRussia. Arming and training all that north Caucasians, Don Cossacks and Russian neo-nazies will backfire sooner or later.

Back to Ukrainian elections: Exit polls Say that Poroshenko won with 55%, far-rights got 3% combined. 12% if you count a guy who used rightish rhetorics but never called himself a nationalist.

I cannot find a cool infographics with the results in Waloonia and Brussels, but basically, the PS is stable, MR is climbing a bit, PTB (PVDA) is close to 10%, the Greens took a beating.

Why, I didn't see any spectacularly anti-semetic in the news last year.

I know 4 people were shot at the Jewish Museum yesterday, but so far we're not even sure if that was an anti-semetic attack.

of course not, it was just a drug deal gone sour.

from wikipedia - Over a hundred antisemitic attacks were recorded in Belgium in 2009, a 100% increase from the year before. The perpetrators were usually young males of immigrant Muslim background from the Middle East. In 2009, the Belgian city of Antwerp, often referred to as Europe's last shtetl, experienced a surge in antisemitic violence. Bloeme Evers-Emden, an Amsterdam resident and Auschwitz survivor, was quoted in the newspaper Aftenposten in 2010: "The antisemitism now is even worse than before the Holocaust. The antisemitism has become more violent. Now they are threatening to kill us."[39] The behavior prompted by the 2012 local elections in the municipality of Schaarbeek impelled the president of the Coordination Committee of Jewish Organizations in Belgium, Maurice Sosnowski, to observe that "'candidates who belonged to the Jewish community were attacked for their affiliation' and the municipality saw a 'hate campaign under the pretext of anti-Zionism.'"[40] Several other incidents occurred in 2012- in November Demonstrators at an anti-Israel rally in Antwerp rally chanted “Hamas, Hamas, all Jews to the gas." In October A synagogue in Brussels was vandalized by two unidentified male perpetrators who spray-painted “death to the Jews” and “boom” on the wall.[41])

And even putting belgium aside, which i really shouldn't because israel have had a 25% increase in jewish immigration from it last year due to anti semitic incidents, i was generally speaking about european trends in the votes, mainly in france.
