Argies got angry at Brits for drilling exploratory wells in the Falklands Islands a month ago, Falkland Islanders are angry at argies for trying to stop them from developing their economy beyond tourism and penguins, the Argies launched a law suit against the energy firms involved.
Quite recently they found new oil. The Argies have promised not to go to war, though that's less out of virtue and more out of impotence; their navy has quite literally fallen apart. Still, they host Russian fighters in their air bases for a reason. They either want the lands of the chips and swans or they want the lands of based noodle country. I don't think they want the noodle country.

If they're talking extradition treaties, at a bare minimum their own.  The article linked within the second article specifies both domestic and international courts, so if they ever graduate beyond mere bluster, I would expect them to just throw paperwork everywhere and see what sticks.
