According to Russian national defence doctrine, nuclear weapons are only to be used in situations when the very existence of Russia is threatened (e.g. as a response to NATO invasion of Russia).

So salami tactics would work for invading Russia? Interesting...

Anyway, if you want one reason I think the "Yes" argument came in behind is the NHS. It is devolved. I fail to see how that is the fault of everyone else, in terms of money distribution. Money sent for Health to Scotland hasn't been spent on health.

Then, there is the outright manipulation of prices, namely the price of oil. As said, it has been at the price mentioned for 4 months in the history of humanity. It seems a rather slippery move.

There has been a lot of outright threats to basically make lives of Scotland people hell if they vote Yes in the last week.

I'm sure that's illegal to do, though nobody seems to care...

It may just be empty threats on their part. I highly doubt a bank would do a move that resulted in a loss of profits for them. A Yes win is bad for them, but I believe that leaving scotland if Yes wins would be even worse for the banks.
