I rather hope the others can just fly to the top of the tower, because this is going to get really, really nasty.  Still running damage calcs, but immediate thoughts:

As noted by Mannan, we're thoroughly tangled up.  We can't manouevre in such a restricted area, and we can't shift our positions easily.  For example, Raquel can't fall back to put a front-liner in her position without moving out of range entirely unless Charlotte moves, and Charlotte can't move without falling out of range of Prixima unless Edwin or Tantallos moves.  If Tantallos moves, he can't attack the Druid, and if Edwin moves, he can't reach someplace where he can attack. 

Prixima is, and I say absolutely nothing new, going to be a nasty foe.  She recovers 21 HP every round for free, she negates all character and class skills (but thankfully, leaves personal skills alone), she has a 39% chance of a free attack every round (up to four attacks if she doubles - which she will do to pretty much anyone not named Chris, Derick, or Raquel), and she ever drops below 45 HP, she's going to gain an additional +40 to her Crit rate for a 84% base Crit chance in total.  Her supporters will replenish for free at some unspecified rate (I assume every round), which means eliminating them is not going to help us much.  I'm looking at how we can deal that much damage to her, but so far, the only person I've hit who can deal more than that amount of damage to her in a single turn is Derick, and him not by that much.

If you have the phantom throw itself at the Sage or Prixima, that should get it out of the way to let Gregor step in and kill the Sniper, or have someone attack the Sage or something.

Once you have the back-up dead, killing Prixima shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Ah, I see.  At any rate, running preliminary calcs against Prixima (assuming best support bonuses where possible, active character skills, and best weapons):

Mannan      100   26   29   44   36  Y...it doesn't really matter who shoots her, because they're almost certainly going to be out of the game for 1-2 turns.  Or, in other words, unless an NPC puts them back on their feet, they'll need to do not 21 HP worth of damage, but 42 worth of damage in a single turn, every turn they're on their feet.  On the bright side, we have eight team members who have absolutely nothing to do but dose the front-liners with white powder and take down the mooks. 

EDIT: On the down side, I don't think we actually have any white powder...

I figured it'd be a bit morbid to make plans for their death.

Besides, I have faith in Team A.

Oh, but I do have one question, as suicidal as it may be.  Why is Sharpness still active on Marpa?  It only lasts 1 round.

Though, as I said, it's a suicidal question.  That spell is literally the only self-buff we have.

Also, also, Zako, this is just a suggestion, but it may be wise to move Edwin before you cast any ranged spells.  You can hit Charlotte from literally any tile you can reach if you're going to cast Sharpness on her, and moving out of the way lets her get into position to hit Prixima if we go that route.

Ah.  That does make sense, but there are other "one round" effects in the Dark Magic family that include status ailments like Poison, which seem to make a bit less sense if they last an arbitrary amount of time until combat.
