Eh, not like he's attacking someone. He has no ranged weapons, so unless he wants to snag Sal's javelin (I suggest snagging the vuln and healing himself instead, along with having his hammer equipped), there's no need for him to have the charisma, so you're free to go on your crit spree now.

Pretty sure the only way to do that is with Wrath anyway. And that fix kind of screws Fezz over in FEF2 in the lategame.

Might I suggest changing Wrath to activate at half health or lower and only give +20 crit?
