Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

The problem with using Seyena against the sage is that it would take her TWO crits to take him out in one move whereas in Valor's case it would only take one (and he has a way higher chance of doing so if he gets hit which also has a high chance of happening). Other than that, I agree.

At least Alex hasn't been downed yet. Take heart in that.

What if Seyena attacks the sage first, moves, then Valor or someone else finishes him off?

That leaves Medic!Bishop around to make our lives interesting.

You know, what does the XX!YY mean? A group or something?

I keep seeing this sort of thing on Deviantart or Tumblr, like John!Sherlock or Germany!France or some other thing like that.

In my experience, it usually means variant!Character. Like if you're playing Mass Effect as the female version, you would be Fem!Shep. Or M!Shep the other way around. I'm not certain about other people's usage of it, but that's always what it's been to me.

Pretty sure those are pairings. Which is not what I was doing.

This is what I was doing. Which I think I picked up from Serious, come to think of it...

I always thought pairings were with slashes or exes. Like Diana x Ursa or Valor/Seyena.

Also some of my typing habits seem to spread. I wonder why. ???

Yep, hence the slightly-older term "slash fic."  Though, admittedly, that term's a bit more specific than general pairings, since it originates in a very specific set of pairings. ^_^

The problem with using Seyena against the sage is that it would take her TWO crits to take him out in one move whereas in Valor's case it would only take one (and he has a way higher chance of doing so if he gets hit which also has a high chance of happening). Other than that, I agree.

I'm thinking you're thinking Sage A has full health, Seyena uses her iron spear outside of support range, and crits are only x2. Thankfully, this is not the case.

Sage A has 27 health, a crit is total damage x3, and only when using her weakest weakest weapon (outside of support range) would that not kill a full-health sage in a single blow but rather leave them at one health. She can kill sage A without a crit actually if she uses her steel javelin and is in support range of Valor. If Sal moves and she uses her glave, she doesn't even need to be in support range.

She'll take a nasty blast either way now that her pure water is gone.

@Gamer: Alex has been downed many times this map actually, Matilda just keeps healing him is all.

@BMM: Seems like a good plan to me, I'll spot check it real quick but it sounds good to go.

It sadly does nothing about the southern enemies. But maybe Olison can get the swordsmaster, who is the most dangerous.

The southern enemies are much less a threat than the northern ones, because our wall is pretty solid down there, and only one dude has got by (stupid druid :p)
Actually, is anyone free to murderate that druid? You'd go down, but I'd be right next to you.
