Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

FFS... You're gloriously skilled! It's... Beautiful... You can almost hear them screaming in horror as it approaches.

Honestly though, I'm more worried about the damn hexmaster in the rear. That guy is totally going to try and screw us all over with his silence and berserk staves. I can sense it!

He. Needs. To. DIE.

...

FAST!

Any ideas on how we're going to handle this? I could sleep that sniper so Derick can charge and wreck havoc amongst the rear attackers with Tantallos and Riven in support, but Derick can also really help out with all the casters up at the front... Riven can summon something to hold off the beast for us, at least for a turn or two, while Raquel and Gregor can finish off that Sentinel and Charlotte can shoot Sage C again.

Then I have no idea what we can do after that... Stupid Bishop and his long range healing...

I suggested sleeping the Hexmaster as an alternative, with fairly decent odds available to Raquel.  Derick and the summoned phantom can block the south at either of the defensive lines I pointed out, while Riven helps take out that Sentinel since the crit didn't take (unless...can Riven summon while she already has an active summon?).  That frees Edwin and Tantallos to keep on sleeping the enemy, which locks them down for at least one turn.  Charlotte can go after Sage C, but doing so puts her at risk from our newest guest, and she's the only one who can kite him without getting hit in retaliation.  Still, removing the weaker enemy soldiers also lets us concentrate our fire without worrying about stopping them from cutting behind us as well, which is not an inconsiderable benefit.

That bishop is really going to drive us nuts, though; with a Physic, he'll just heal anyone we don't completely take down from out of our range.

We have healing to go around, so no worries about dying a couple times to Kool Aid Man.
