Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

You know, it would be a bit of a buzzkill if Chris doesn't deliver the final blow on Ernest :P

Dunno, from what I saw in previous posts they're trying to kill him before Chris even gets there :P

Maybe he'll teleport out to save his skin, thinking B Team would be easier prey.

And then he dies.

What present? His presence? That's a gift in a 'kill him' kinda way, I guess.

Peeps don't understand story arcs. On the other hand I'm kind of a greedy dick since I want Chris to kill both Ernest and Prixima so... :P

Whatever you guys decide is good. I really would like to kill one of them though... :C

EDIT: Hmm. Looking at his stats, I see Haspen has statted Ernest specifically to negate any/every advantage Chris has and probably one-shot him in in response if I'm foolish enough to attack him. Guess it's for the best that I don't, then.

What could be cool is if Haspen put in some special weapons for FEF2, like there are in Awakening (e.g. Hector's axe, Alm's Blade, Celica's Gale)

Like Charlotte's Longbow could have a ridiculous crit-rate, Valor's Blade could give the user Wrath so long as it's equipped, Raquel's thunder could have a higher hit rating against opponent's below half health... Adrien's handaxe could give the wielder the Provoke effect while equipped

Of course, they'd all be really low durability due to being old, unmaintained and brimming with POWAH.

Could someone refresh my memory?

I can just picture Prixima, Seyena, Charlotte, Riven, and Ami all peeking around the corner at various heights to watch.

Someone, please, please draw this
Ring bells yet? :3

Now now children, I'm thinking Ernest will require a team effort. He'll be double-hitting Gregor each time someone declares an attack, but thankfully only a double-crit would be enough to bring Gregor down. So that's fine; I have enough tankiness that, with frequent heals, he'll be penned in almost indefinitely. However, even with the triangle advantage Gregor's odds of hitting aren't great. We'll need Charlotte and other ranged attackers plinging away to wear him down.

Yup. The good thing is you can ONLY get hit by one of the swordsmen per turn, so if Ernest attacks, he's wide open for as much Attack-Rescue-Attack as we want in a round.

The biggest issue is going to be his outrageously high evasion score. We're going to need to line things up nice for +hit supports.

It's a good thing awareness doesn't block supports, otherwise it would be pure stats against stats. Which would be bad, considering his EVA.

It also doesn't block Personal Skills, which is very good considering that +50% Support Bonuses skill Charlotte and Gregor have...
