Moving out into the corridor just strikes me as a really bad idea.

I'm just worried you guys will wind up spending a good 5 turns in that one room, and a thief will show up to take the precious end-game loot.

That's alright.  Given where the chests are, we can hit the thief with two attacks from Charlotte + anyone with a two-tile range just by entering the hall, and conventionally, I think that the most recent item stolen by a thief is always flagged to drop.  Also, Edwin can put him to sleep.

If Chris moves, Ami can heal him up as well; since she has the Mend staff, she's the obvious choice over either Raquel or Edwin.  Other than that and Charlotte critting away from range 3, we won't be able to get clear this turn, and it may be tricky to get completely clear before the reinforcements arrive to bog us down.  I'm not too worried about the thief for the reason i mentioned before, but if we want to start breaking out next turn, we'll have to stagger our attacks.  Basically, have our ranged attackers clear a path in front of Gregor to move up and keep the chokepoint blocked.

Also, Thunder Sages with Bolting.  Shame it's not flagged with [DROP]; Raquel would love to get her hands on one of those.  Purely for research purposes, of course...

Yes, that could work.  I hadn't seen Charlotte's move when I made that post.  Though, you've only lost 5 HP; I think our strongest healer should take care of Gregor and his 29 lost HP, since any of us three can handle your recovery.  I don't think you'll need to attack Sentinel C, though, unless Gregor misses.  As Sirus noted, Sentinel C should not be at full HP, and I'm pretty sure that Sentinel D should not be at 5/40 HP, either.  Since Sentinel C took 35 damage last turn, I would hazard a guess by speculating that the two may have possibly been swapped. 

EDIT: Actually, for some reason, I got Heal staff effects (10 + MAG) mixed up with the typical range for staffs (MAG / 2).  Any of us can almost-fully heal Gregor as well using a Heal staff, so it doesn't really matter who does what.  The Mend staff is still best for fully healing him, though, and we likely don't especially need to worry about running through all 20 uses with only two chapters left for this particular party.
