Chris is going. No argument. I'm not sure about the NPCs, but we could probably leave a few of the more non-active PCs behind.

What a time to have to start using the preparation screen.

OKAY. Let's try to nail this down.

Matilda Dag Danja and Mannan all want to come, but screw Danja, it's not like she can heal.

Salvatore will not have a mount if he comes, which will obliterate the majority of his usefulness. He's had no chance to make up for lost levels, so he'll just be woefully underpowered in the last fight without his signature taxi service to improve things.

Obviously Raquel, Edwin, Seyena and Ami should go. We need as much healing as possible. Chris should go for support with Ami and for RP reasons. Derick should go for support with Raquel and lolcrits. Valor could come to support Seyena and whoop things, and Charlotte and Gregor, being the main characters, make 12.

If we want to leave Matilda and her healing behind (possibly worth it, half the party would still be healers), we could bring Alexander 'Meatwall' Jorinn, and let's face it, he'd be useful as hell.

But as PCs go this leaves Tant, Olison, Salvatore and Riven out to dry.

Of course, if any of the suggested party are inactive, we can swap them out for people who are actually present.
