Depends. Characteristics can be used as a crude measuring stick for what is mary sue or not, but it really all comes down to the writing I've found. You can have the most average character you can make and they can still be mary sue. Likewise, you can have the utterly most out-there character and and they can be a three dimensional character.

Well, to an extent. There are some things that are just too far gone in that they can no longer be serious except played for laughs.

I was more concerned about the content, not the format.

Also, unless I missed something, I still need heights for Edwin, Roderic, Maible, Seyena, Riven, Raquel, Tacey, Sakura, and Ami/Mia. Some of the people in NoH too, but on the whole they need more development before I'm going to worry about including them
