I'm afraid it wouldn't of mattered anyhow whether or not the rule changes were retroactively applied. Sorry.

You'd honestly think, because hell you aren't affected by snow in the first place since you're flying yet it's there. May be something that was intended but not put down, or something similar.

EDIT: I'd personally advocate this being changed for FEF 2, but I'm not sure it would matter there since we don't have any pegasus riders.

I'd say that rain and snow are the same, in sense of snowstorms. There isn't much logic in rain in a snowy area, so, dunno.

Hm, yeah that would make sense. If in a snowy area it would snow, not rain. I figured it was talking about snow on the ground, oddly.

He's like a terrible scumbagified duplicate of Charlotte, except worse because he has FORTUNE.

Rosecross was pretty bad too, if we didn't kill him quickly he woulda wrecked us.

EDIT: Honorable mention to Adarlan as well. That damned guy and his cavalry.
