Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

It is hard to be a Druid you know. Also derp for not getting SPD.. again.

I dare you to whine about the level you got. I DARE YOU.

Hmm, if Ami moves to heal Olison, Charlotte can take her place and swing at Rider F, Archer D, or Mage Knight.  Gregor can then take Charlotte's place and trade for her Vulnerary, using it to heal Salvatore.  Raquel can circle around and eliminate Paladin B or get Tantallos on his feet yet again, and Seyena can either go after Matilda or help Riven out.  That also leaves Edwin free to knock out another enemy, likely Wyvern Knight C, though he's at direct personal risk from those Riders right now and if they go after him, he's going to be cut off way on the far side of nowhere.
This plan sounds pretty good to me. Aside from the risk to Edwin, anyway. If he goes down all the way over there, we might not be able to save him short of flyer intervention.

Ami has the rescue sta--Can she use that on Matilda? She's technically an ally, and we can use that on the wagon...

This is an amazing idea.

Originally it was meant to help with the 'Edwin dying far away' thing but the idea hit me after that. So it is useful for both cases, I figure.

Don't think we can use it this turn though, unless someone else can heal Olison/Sal.

Anything that's not enemy and is on the map can be Rescue'd.

I'm surprised you haven't thought of this before ;P

True, more of a future turn thing. Seyena can use the staff too, but she only has a range of three compared to Ami's ten. I'm not sure if ten is even enough to get Matilda however... But someone else who is a staff user could try it, such as Raquel or Edwin.

On that note, it might be good for either of said two to snag an extra heal staff Ami might have on her, I think she has two currently. Divide up the healing and so such.

Gerdernit, I should have thought of the rescue staff earlier. While we can't use it on Matilda in reasonable time, we can still probably use it to yank Seyena out once she rescues Matilda, or for a whole other slew of things. WHY DID I FORGET ABOUT THAT THING.

This begs the question: Can the Rescue staff grab someone who is rescuing someone?

It can grab anything that shows on the map as a single unit.

So long as it fits on one square, we're good?

Alrighty then.
