Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

Another problem: Gregor no longer has the elixir, Valor does. Which kinda makes it useless at the moment.

Actually, that part of the plan was Seyena getting Riven's concoction, then giving it to you, then healing Tantallos. You have an empty slot, Riven has a two dose Concoction if I recall, and trading is a free action, so it works out I think.

So I should go after one of the paladins and forget Pillager C for now?

If the Wyvern survives, Wodan's actually probably the best bet.  The other paladins aren't in a position to get through if Wodan is asleep and Alex gets/remains knocked out (unless Ami is also knocked out, which is another issue entirely that I'm not sure we can avoid except through hope), and if he's asleep, it gives Alex a bit better chance at surviving the turn if we do raise him with a Mend (+20 HP versus the -15 of Elfire).  I'd wait to go after our attacks, though; one of us might miss, in which case our assessment of the biggest threat may change.

Regarding my own attacks, we can discount Nouma - even if Charlotte doesn't finish off her target, I can only get the bonus to any attacks against Bishop B by moving to where Riven is, and having Riven move and not attack (to keep at least two enemies alive for Nouma to trigger) is pretty much a waste.  Don't forget that I also get +15 Hit from the weapons triangle, which counteracts the penalty of Bibliophile.  With the bishop's EVA of 48: 106 (Base Hit) - 10 (Bibliophile) + 15 (Triangle) + 15 (Charisma) - 48 (Enemy Evade) = 78 effective hit rate.  With two attacks thanks to an AS difference of 5, that gives me a 95% chance to hit with at least one of my two attacks, which I think is rather good odds.  Err, unless Raquel misses and that Bishop crits with Divine, in which case all bets are off, but let's not borrow even more bad luck; we have quite enough on our plates at the moment.

Wodan is a boss, so I don't think sleep works on him. Same with poison.

Ah, so perhaps my plan isn't entirely insane. The only problem I can foresee is that the three wyverns will be upon us in... Two turns, I believe. This turn, and next turn.

Yeah, sadly Bosses are immune to status effects due to contractual immunity. I still argue that if Gregor is our leader he should gain such immunities too though, heh. It does make for an interesting thought in universe, that is literal narrative power right there at work. If you gain enough leadership power, you gain immunity to status effects. Sorta, as it would probably seem to happen in odd intervals, with some people getting complete immunity and losing it the next moment dependent on factors. Wonder if people will ever pin-point it to certain people, with those who are enemies and in command or unique gaining such. That's probably delving too deep into the idea, but such things always amuse me and makes for interesting ideas to spring up in places.

I'm tired, it's like 3:AM and the only thing I heard was "Gregor gets immunity"

That sounds like a great idea

Haspen do it

Monocle of Power baby.

Monocle. Of. Power.

EDIT: Just had a nasty thought. What if those Wyverns come for me instead? What do I do then?

Damnit guys.

Quote from: Charlotte vs wyvern knight guy
Hit: 121+5+10+7-35 = 108, autohit!
Damage: 38-21 = 17dmg

What happened here? That's definitely not original AT*3.

According to ye rulebook, it's the MT of the weapon that's tripled, not the AT of the total damage.

Assuming you're using the Steel Longbow, that's 8MT*3effective=24+14STR=38 damage total.

I would have pointed this out if I was awake :(

Whoa, what?

That's... Weird. In the gba titles at least, effective weapons tripled the AT.

Yeah, I'm confused as well. Seems like that should have done a hell of a lot more damage ???
