Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

How big of a timeskip are we talking here? Weeks? Months? Years?

6 months, I believe.

So, no reason to seriously age our characters if we decide to make new mugs.

Wardrobe adjustments, new hair-dos and scars should likely be the extent, yeah.

The monocle stays, of course :P

Though I wouldn't mind putting Gregor in something other than his Canas robes. The only downside is that depending on how outlandish the new outfits are, the promotion sprites might require editing/starting over.

Salvatore's mug is going to stay the same, but I'll say he picked up heavier armor and a red cape somewhere. Because his new mug has both of those and the transition to it would make more sense.

I'm questioning as to if anyone would of seen him without a helmet in half a year though, the idea amuses me if the answer to that would be no.

Early morning after a major battle? I'm surprised DerickĄ is the only one asleep :P

If he's coming with the anti-zombie squad, Valor is eventually going to ask him if he ever takes it off.

He's probably going to, nowhere else to go really beyond striking off on his own. Him joining the Menelea Royal Guard is a farce of an idea, striking off on his own would be a poor idea. So anti-zombie squad it is.

Sal would reply with a yes, but only a yes.

I've decided that 'let's join Royal Guard' group is the group that I will follow through Intermission and I will concentrate narrative on it.

The rest of PC's will rejoin shortly into the next 'half' of the game (possibly within a chapter, maximum 2).

I hope mid-way through the first post-intermission chapter, in a Big Damn Heroes moment.

Considering the fact that it would be like, ten or nine people charging the scene I can't help but imagine how that would happen. Wonder if Anja will go with us, or if she'll go wander off on her lonesome.
