When I envisioned him, I saw him as a lot closer to friends than to his job; but the way he's turned out, duty is practically everything to him.

The battle sprite was made by Sirus, he changed it to fit with the new Tantallos' mug.

I can see where Powder Miner is coming from. I envisioned Gregor as totally devoted to serving Prixima, because she's a noble and he's a commoner and that's how things work. Then someone (I think it was Chris) decided that the von Hexhams were also nobility, and then CharGreg got started, and now he's far more devoted to his companions than he is to Prixima. Hell, IC he's contemplating how best to leave Prixima's service (assuming she's still alive, anyway )

I think this has happened to nearly all of us.

I imagined Seyena to be a lot more fierce, and having a very short temper when I thought up of her. She doesn't seem to exhibit those qualities anymore.

But now, I really have no idea what kind of character she is. She's all over the place.

Olison's still the aloof, grizzled veteran type I set him to be. I'm too used to the whole archetype and nothing's happened that would really break him out of that mold . Hopefully when FEF 2 comes around Alec will be a more dynamic character.

I wrote two solid paragraphs on Efa's character and there's quite enough of it to develop so I'm not worried about accidentally personality-flipping her.
